Notes

Although more commonly called the Embryo or Soul Nebula, my boys call this nebula the "Ghost Bear". 

This is another attempt at using the Parmount ME unguided with a 350 point Protrack model.  The Ha subs were 10 minutes and the RGB subs were 6 minutes each.

The Ha data was blended with the Red channel to create a revised HaRed channel.  The Ha was then added back into the image as the luminance layer.
