Hardware Support - For support for my Apogee camera I search the online archives of the Yahoo - Apogee Discussion Group or to Apogee itself.  Apogee provides first class customer service and stands completely behind their cameras.  For help with my Officina Stellare RC I turn to Gio and Gino of Officina Stellare who have been readily available whenever I need their assistance.

Software Support - CCDAutopilot provides an interface to control most of my software while allowing me to set imaging parameters and get some sleep.  The discussion forums for CCDWare products provide valuable and updated information.
