Hardware Support - For support for my SBIG camera I search the online archives of the Yahoo - SBIG Discussion Group or to SBIG itself.  SBIG provides first class customer service and stands completely behind their cameras.  For help with my Takahashi refractor I look to the Yahoo - Takahashi Users Group.

Software Support - CCDAutopilot provides an interface to control most of my software while allowing me to set imaging parameters and get some sleep.  The discussion forums for CCDWare products provide valuable and updated information.
